1. Information We Collect

The Contest Studio allows local businesses to provide a digital prize or discount to customers via a link to a redemption page. The page includes a QR code and a button to confirm redemption. As a convenience, customers may choose to have the redemption page SMS texted to their phone for future use. The SMS message is only sent if the customer enters their number and clicks the associated SMS button.

If a user chooses to receive their digital redemption page via SMS, they may enter their phone number and click submit. This number is never stored, reused, or retained.

The SMS option is a one-time convenience and is not required to access or redeem the prize.

The Contest Studio only collects the customer's email address and name when a user explicitly opts into the list. If a user opts in to an email list, we collect their name and email address — nothing more.

2. How We Use Your Information

Email addresses collected through opt-in lists are sent directly to the hosting business. The Contest Studio does not store this information.

If a user requests their redemption page via SMS, the phone number is used only to send the message and is not stored. A notice above the number field clearly states: "Enter your (never saved) phone number to redeem your prize using your phone."

3. Your Consent

By entering a phone number and clicking the SMS icon, users provide one-time, explicit consent to receive a single message. If the icon is not clicked, no message is sent. The phone number is never stored and no future messages will be sent.

4. Data Storage and Security

The Contest Studio does not retain or store user email addresses, name, or phone number after delivering the requested message. All data is handled securely and used solely for one-time delivery.

5. Opt-Out

The Contest Studio does not store your phone number or email address, so there is nothing to opt out from. Our SMS messages are one-time only and do not include any subscription or future messaging. Because of this, "Reply STOP to unsubscribe" is not included in the message, and is not required. If you have any concerns, you may contact us directly.

6. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
